Mika Bardin is a 18-year old from New York. She is a member of the  Dwight IB School class of 2022 and captain of their squash team. She is currently #1 in the country in U15 squash and has been for 8 months straight.  Ranked as high as #1 in the country in U15s. Ranked as high as #2 in the country in the U11s and U13s. She is also a top-seeded member of the US National Team and Northeast Regional Team.

In addition to her squash accomplishments: She is the founder of Play for Equal Pay and creator of GirlShape. She is the creator and host of the podcast Dyslexic Solutions. She is a mentor and coach for StreetSquash and creator of the Olympic Squash 2024 campaign.
